I spent Day 5 of the Art Every Day Month challenge gathering new supplies for my Heart Art project. This time the supplies list included things like aluminum flashing, copper wire, and plumbing solder. Yes, a completely different concept, but this time I think it's going to stick!
Today, Day 6, I put my creative energy to use and got to work. I'm far from finished, but here are a few pictures of my project in progress:

So that's where I left it for today - waiting for the stain to dry. I worked on a few embellishments, but am saving those for the element of suspense.
Looks like a beautiful start! Great job and your assistant is the most adorable ever.
